Yanceyville

1-Caswell County Courthouse (2)The Yanceyville Memorial is located at the Caswell County Courthouse.  The courthouse dates back to 1858 and the community chose it as the site for honoring local veterans.

It is called The Veteran’s Walk.  The Veteran’s Walk consists of engraved pavers that memorialize the service of a Caswell County veterans.  Stones continue to be added.

The local veterans are very active in civic affairs and service to their community.  Yanceyville is a small town, but the veterans are very patriotic and active.  Learn more

Take a tour with us of the restored courthouse and see their Veteran’s Walk as you end the tour.  Veterans are very special in small town America.
